I'm about to go crazy. My sister put something up online that's VERY personal about myself online because I didn't do a very small favor for her. My dad is even worse, we cant have a conversation that's not about him and what he accomplished. My brother is just like the two of them combined in one but worse, he thinks since he is older than me by 3 years I have to bend over backwards and do whatever he ask me to do. Only people that are not self absorbed are my mom and older brother by 5 years. What do you do with self absorbs people? Motorcycle control help?

Hey guys I just rode a motorcycle yesterday for the first time and it was a blast! However, it seems that I can't do two things. First, I can't make a quick abrupt turn going about 3-5 miles an hour, It's like a soon as I begin to take off, the sharp 90 degree turn is there. How do I accomplish that? Will you c/c this new poem that I wrote?

First of all I'd like to say I enjoyed reading your poem very much. I'm not an English professor, but I think I may have taken enough college literature classes to say something useful about your poem. The imagery and figurative language are very nice to read. The meaning seems personal, and I'm not sure if I quite know what it is. I guess the third stanza explains it. The poem is about someone who regrets making a series of bad choices that she believes have turned her life into the cardboard facade of a life. I wish I could give you more criticism, but I don't want to give you bad advice as I'm not an expert. I do think though that you may have been overly wordy, although it gave you room to be playful which I enjoyed. I also think parts of the poem verge on being melodramatic, although I've read published poets who were melodramatic, like Randall Jarrell for example. I think the objects and images are somewhat cluttered in the first half of the poem, although after reading the poem a few times I've gotten used to it. Overall, very nice, and I really like the couplet at the end. I suppose after reading the poem a few times your meaning is clear enough. The woman feels mocked that she won't act on her will although she still possesses a will. I think I have known that feeling too.

Potty training advise?

My daughter is 3 years old. We've been trying to accomplish potty training for 4 months now. I put her in panties during the day and pull ups at night. She really doesn't have a problem going tee tee in the potty unless she's playing and gets side tracked. I reward her with a sucker everytime she goes to the potty. The problem I am having is her going number two. She will not do it in the potty for NOTHING! She waits til after she poops in her panties to tell me she had to poop. i shamelessly admit that my daughter will be 2 in less than 30 days & she just recently started sleeping by herself a couple months ago. she wouldn't go straight from my bed (yes, being a single mom she slept with me :)) to her crib. we had to start with baby steps (ha...no pun intended) with something familiar, her playpen, to sleep in alone in her room first. now that she's comfortable being in her room sleeping by herself (YAAAY!) it's time to bump her up to the the next step...drum roll please :D...the big bed...theee criiib. HOWEVER, once i had put her in the crib for a minute or two, i'm doing my thing & when i look up there she was, just chillin, standing there with her foot slung over the front of the crib like it was the happenin thing to do. of course i see the worst...her tumbling out of the crib & busting face. while discussing this with my sister, she reminded me she's actually seen parker climb out of the crib at her house but a miracle had happened that day & there was no somersault out onto the floor & no hurt parker. that occurrence happened some months ago so of course in my head she's been plotting & practicing & she's become a master of acrobatics when it comes to the great escape of the crib by now. ha...not really but i'm still scared. so here the big day has come...dun nu nu nuh...the dilemma: considering she's 2, & i'm deathly afraid of her thinking she can fly & not plummet to the floor once out of the crib, isn't it time for her to have a toddler bed on the floor rather than a crib to sleep in anyway? what do y'all think? what did you mommies do?

It's totally possible to keep a horse and go to college. I'm almost done and have managed to have 1-2 horses the entire 4 years. Definitely not easy as have to work to have money for the horses and find time to ride, go to class, study etc. But I do it and manage to get mostly A's too! I did say goodbye to a social life :) but for me totally worth it as I'm not a party girl anyway. I have learned to be very smart with money to make it all work. How vital is sleep? and any tips on organizing my priorities?

Hi, im extremely curious how unhealthy my sleeping habits have become. I just finished my freshmen year in college, now 19 years old, average/athletic body type/size. average eating habits (healthy but snack) I worked extremely hard this year and it did pay off but this led me to develop bad sleeping habits... i tended to get and average of 4 hours of sleep a night and towards the end of the year I was averaging approx 1 all-nighter a week and at one point I was up for 62 hours straight (nearly 3 days). Its not like im wasting time all night, i accomplished a lot of school work and it was often productive. These habits have now carried over to the summer. I am getting a little more sleep, approx. an average of maybe 6-7ish a night with occasional all-nighters... i know you're probably saying okay why now? but i work approx 30 hours a week at my part time job (soon to be 50 hours/week) then also a great deal of yard work, work on my car, love to spend time with my family/girlfriend, clean A LOT (i have a slight case of OCD and love everything to always be clean and nearly perfectly organized) I lose sleep because i want to accomplish so much over the next 2 months that i have off but feel like i don't have the time... I do organize what i want to get done and categorize and prioritize... ive got all of that down pat to my own style, but its that the lists are so long and i run out of time. I feel fine during the day and with the amount of sleep that i get, it doesnt usually effect my day's but im just worried about future health issues and how fast/severe these issues could happen? (heart attack,stroke, etc...) Please any help/feedback would be great... but please, i understand that fundamentally sleep is very important but if anyone could break it down in detail that would be very much appreciated. One day around 1.30 am i went to bed after watching movie. I woke up immediately after hearing some peculiar noises. So, I'm 15, 5'6", and I weigh 162 pounds. I know, it says my BMI isn't healthy and I'm obese, but my doctor always says I'm healthy weight. I am kind of muscular if that accounts for any of the pounds, but I know that I do still have fat on my body. I also eat healthy; fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, water...but I also eat junk food; soda, chips, items with lots of sugar, etc. I just want to lose preferably 20 pounds by the end of the year, and at least 5-10 before I go back to school in September. Will running 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes help me accomplish that? What are some other exercises that would help with that too? And don't say swimming, even though I would love to go..because my dad won't let us get a pool and I don't really know anyone with one. :/ But thank you for any tips you can give me! :D

I'm working on writing a short story but I can't seem to come up with a good title. The story is about a man,an explorer who just recently returned from his journey to an uncharted enchanted land. On his adventure he met a woman who he fell in love with. The woman is warrior queen and is in the middle of a war. With all his knowledge and wisdom,he aids her in her battle for victory. Cut you deck down a little, the closer to 60 cards you can get it, the better your odds of drawing cards that you may need. You may have too many creatures, also it seems that you may want to narrow your theme down a little. If a card (or cards) aren't working too well for you, don't be afraid to cut them and try something completely new, you can always change it back. I do several builds of a deck before I call it final, and even then they are never final. If money is short, I wouldn't recommend buying booster packs or boxes to get your cards. Instead try purchasing the cards online from a website such as tcgplayer.com be sure that you get all the cards from the same dealer to avoid multiple shipping fees and different companies have different shipping fees. This isnt a very good deck. No theme. All good decks have a theme, i suggest that you completely start again and focus on a deck that suits you. Then buy a structure deck and build on it by buying individual cards.Finally, try and stick to 40-44 cards. This way you have a better chance of drawing what you need. Hope this helped :)

I'd complete my education instead of dropping out because I was lonely. I'd try some different fields of work instead of staying in the one job . There are many bands that are special to me, but they're not linked with my writing. Sometimes I listen to music when I write, sometimes not. Sometimes it's my choice, sometimes it's my partner's. So I am currently in university, I am a guy and I just graduated from high school a year ago. It was a big leap in life for me as I think I haved accomplished another feat in life. One of my problem is can you give me advice on how to properly act on a group conversation and how to make my opinions stand out. Another is, I have this friend now in university I find it hard now to cope up with him. Can a party choose to do a mediation over the phone after it was scheduled to be done in person?

A mediation is scheduled for my husband and the mother of his son. Three days prior to this appointment, that was scheduled more than a month ago, she called and said she needs to reschedule because she will be out of town. so i bleached my hair last year wen i got it cut real short .. dicided to grow it then and jus as it gets to my shoulders i dye it red .. then it turns half pink haly blonde so i bleach it again( ino stupid mistake) and it became dry and broke about half way .. i go get it cut and all the dryness is gone im usin this hair treatment (which is startin to hurt my scalp) my hair is now ina bob bu its startin to get dry and break again will this keep happenin til my hair completely falls out or can i stop it ?

Will I lose weight by the end of the summer if I do this?

So, I'm 15, 5'6", and I weigh 162 pounds. I know, it says my BMI isn't healthy and I'm obese, but my doctor always says I'm healthy weight. I am kind of muscular if that accounts for any of the pounds, but I know that I do still have fat on my body. I also eat healthy; fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, water...but I also eat junk food; soda, chips, items with lots of sugar, etc. I just want to lose preferably 20 pounds by the end of the year, and at least 5-10 before I go back to school in September. Will running 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes help me accomplish that? What are some other exercises that would help with that too? And don't say swimming, even though I would love to go..because my dad won't let us get a pool and I don't really know anyone with one. :/ But thank you for any tips you can give me! :D

Erg workout to lower my rowing 2k?

I am a 17 year old boy, who rows competitively. I made it to scholastic nationals in my jv 4+, and we got 19th out of 36. My 2k is only 7:08, and I am having trouble geting it below 7. I am looking for advice on a good weekly workout to get my 2k below 7 minutes and hopefully closer to my goal of below 6:40 (I know its a longshot) by the end of the summer. I am 6 ft 3 in, but I am only 160 pounds. I am incredibly skinny and lanky, but I don't want to row lightweight. I have been told by doctors that I need to put on weight because it is unhealthy. This has been a problem because I have to compete with people that are 180-220 pounds, so I have been trying to bulk up over the past few weeks. I never understood the whole "proud" thing. How can you be proud of something that you didn't accomplish? There was this movie I watched back in the 90s. I don't know if it was filmed in the 80s or 90s, but it involved this young knight (he might have been a prince) and a damsel in distress (might have been a princess). I forgot much of the plot, but the villain was a bald-headed man who was literally insane, and tortured the damsel to the point that he removed her tongue so that she could never talk again. I remember the movie had some graphic violence in it, so it might have been Rated-R. I'm pretty sure it was. There were parts in it when the prince was put under a spell and lost in these enchanted forests and that the villain knew where he went. Either than that, the rest is a blur.
