What kind of bug bite this sound like?

i been gettin bite by some kind of bug when im sleep. it usally two bites right next to eachother i think its a spider but im not for sure. can anyone tell me it might be. my hubby isnt even gettin bit just me so i dont get understand whats happenin and before i go get the stuff to get rid of whatever it is i want see if i can get some help
