WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

everytime i have sex or even masturbate i bleed. it is painless and i get really wet so its not lack of lube. my period is regular. im on the pill and i havent missed any. can anyone tell me wat could b goin on with me. i dnt have any STIs or health issues. this has been happenin for 4 weeks. HELP PLZ
