Is this pregnacy with pcos?

i got all the pregnacy signs and i look about 2 months i done about 4 preg test and they came back postive the thing is i took my sample down the cos today and it came back negatve for some reason why is this happenin i got veins on my boobs belly cramping can you get false negs and false pos?
