Will my baby be born early?

Im 25 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby, y other pregnancies went really well and were all born late. This time ive had a bit of vaginal bleeding and as a precortion i was given the stroid injections for our babys lung development. I didn't go into labour, but am now worried that the injection could cause premature labour, is there any chance f this happenin?? thanks for any advice.
