Best degree to match my goals?

If you want to start a company, you should know how to do what the company does. When you first start off, you're not going to be an executive supervising a bunch of employees (you won't have money to hire employees), you're going to be doing a lot of the work yourself. Your primary focus should be on software engineering, business would be secondary.
