Strange things happenin to me..!?

One day around 1.30 am i went to bed after watching movie. I woke up immediately after hearing some peculiar noises. I lay there with my eyes open and saw a "White Figure" moving near the wall.Immediately i screamed at the top of my voice and woke my father up.It started that day. From that day onwards i getting a dream wherein a ghost appears and i can feel it. It blew air on my face and makes peculiar noises. After the dream i couldn't speak and move for sometimes to wake my father up..Im so afraid now. The other thing is that, a Sparrow...with its beak it keeps on knocking my window but when i open it flew. The other day i kept some grains for it to have but it doesn't want them but keeps knocking the window.How strange. I lost weight and couldn't eat properly from that day onwards.What can i do???..plz Help me..!!!..I even had a God's picture with me but it dint help..!!!
