A wierd headache? plz help!?

Ok so somtomes wen I do sumthing like jump or judt do sumthin focus hard or sumthin, idk its hard to describe...but I get like this weird headache? It only last like 2 seconds and it fades in and fades out and its on the right side of my head were its happenin? Is this sumthin I should be concerned of? I'm actually kinda scared? Plzz help! Thnx! :)
