I know i asked this before but please no rude comments?

brother in law is in jail. sister accused him of molesting her 5yr old daughter. she said that he licked her down there. he is held without bail, and his charges is pending. what does that mean? hes in jail so does that mean that he did do it or they investigating it? did they do a dna test on him and a lie detector test to see if he did molest her? did they do a dna test on the little girl? his court day is april 7. what are they gonna do at the court? i dont belive he did it cause why would he do it he has a 4yr old daughter and he loves kids. i also have some letters from her mother in law and it says that she is bad. she leave her kids with whomever to go to clubs. and i told this to the lawyer and he said he wants to see the letters. when i get them in the mail im gonna call the lawyer and give them to him. also what happens if she dont appear in court? please tell me what is gonna happen. how they gonna see if he did molest her or not. and anything else u know alike what is happenin or gonna happen please tell me. also if u have aim messenger or yahoo messenger plz give me ya screen name so we can talk please. i am so sad,depressed. :'(
