What's Wrong With Me?

I woke up 2 use the bathroom earlier, my urine was a normal color bt i had sum clear white discharge after i did my discharge check & den wen i tried 2 see if more was gon *** out i started bleedin and i know its not time 4 my period nor im not pregnant bcz i had sex 14 days after my April period which ended the 1st week of may....So can anybody tell me wats happenin 2 me plz?
