Something is Inside My Nose Help 10Pts?

i feel like a scab or something inside my nose. people say i shouldnt stick my nose inside there because its not gonna make it any better. but i dont know if theres a bump inside my nose or anything..what should i do?? it feels like i have a stuffy nose in a way even its not. this happened after toothpaste splashed into my nose. what should i do? has been happenin for a week.
