How do you deal with self absorbed family members?

I'm about to go crazy. My sister put something up online that's VERY personal about myself online because I didn't do a very small favor for her. My dad is even worse, we cant have a conversation that's not about him and what he accomplished. My brother is just like the two of them combined in one but worse, he thinks since he is older than me by 3 years I have to bend over backwards and do whatever he ask me to do. Only people that are not self absorbed are my mom and older brother by 5 years. What do you do with self absorbs people? I need ways to calm down and deal with them before I do things and say things I will later regret

Talk to your doctor about getting the right dose of anti anxiety/depressants. They are life changing and work for half the population. Seriously just talk to them.

you may have low potassium levels that can cause stiffness and cramps also, do you stretch properly before you do any physical exercise. eating bananas help raise potassium levels and ward off cramps.

Help how to get over my crush?

personally, i know it sounds like a stupid answer, but I've never been able to get over a guy properly unless I'd moved onto another guy. whenever I'm single I just think back to the last guy I had haha, even if I'm not with another guy, I just have a crush on one it really really helps. I'd say try to see him less - this will make it so much easier to move on and start looking at other guys. start talking to them, seeing if they want to go anywhere, not a relationship just friends. :) good luck hope this helps
